Refund & Return Policy
1. Return Application Period Customers can apply for return or refund within 14 calendar days after receiving the products.
2. Eligible Return Conditions - Products are unused, unassembled, with complete original packaging, parts, and accessories. - No artificial damage, scratch, missing parts, or self-modification traces. - Return application is submitted within the valid period.
3. Ineligible Situations - Assembled, modified, or artificially damaged products. - Missing parts, damaged packaging caused by buyers’ personal reasons. - Products marked as final sale or promotional clearance items.
4. Defective Product After-sales If you receive damaged, defective, or wrong products, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide photos or videos for verification. We provide free replacement, partial refund, or full refund solutions according to the actual situation.
5. Return Shipping Fee - Returns due to product quality problems or our shipping errors: we bear the return shipping cost. - Voluntary returns for personal reasons: buyers bear the return shipping fee.
6. Refund Processing After we receive and inspect the returned goods, the refund will be returned to the original payment account within 3–7 working days.
