Shipping policy

1. Processing Time All orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after successful payment. Orders on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Coverage We provide global shipping services, covering most countries and regions worldwide.
3. Estimated Delivery Time - US Domestic: 5–12 business days - International Orders: 10–25 business days (depending on local customs and logistics efficiency)
4. Customs and Duties International orders may generate local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, which shall be borne by the buyer. We do not undertake additional customs fees incurred during customs clearance.
5. Shipping Safety All metal model products are packed with shockproof foam, hard cartons, and protective materials to avoid damage during transportation.
6. Logistics Tracking After shipment, we will send the tracking number to your registered email. You can check the logistics status in real time.
7. Shipping Exception For delayed logistics caused by customs inspection, force majeure, and carrier reasons, we will actively assist customers in tracking and solving problems but will not bear corresponding compensation responsibilities.
